ABSA cannot email my statement

We have for the last 3 years been asking ABSA to email our cheque account statements. They do something on their system and then tell us that its done. To date..we have not received a single cheque account email statement and every year ABSA charges us because we need the statements for the tax returns. This year we want our 2012/2013 tax year statements sent to us via email as well as every month, the cheque account statement must be mailed...
