Empty Promises

I applied for a contract on the 6th of February and received a phone call stating that i will receive my new phone today

now they are coming with the excuses that they have stock take and all types off, and according to them i wont receive my phone today nor Monday or Tuesday, i have clients to contact and to keep in touch but cant cause the phone i am currently using is buggered and my life is standing still and in their contract it states that you will receive your phone within 3 to 7 working days we are going for 9 days coming Monday
