Poor response from staff and mangement!!!

When american swiss had there 25%off sale, i saw a ring in pinetown that i loved, the promotion had just started to after taking a picture of the ring i showed my fiance and we decided to go have a look at the ring, when we went to the chatsworth store ring was not on display as not all stires get the etc, lady by the name of prenila took my details adn said will call me back, i called the store tring to explain the ring over the phone which didnt work lady said i need to come in. when i went by the wknd the promotion had just ended charm told me that because i was interested in ring and nobody called me back the regional manager will be able to do something so said ok please can you call her she said ok, went i returned to the store she said the manager said no. 2weeks later wen i went to pav i went looking 4 another ring i explained to the lady there wat happened to said i was supposed to have been helped so the manager there got involved to help, only to realise that charm phoned bernadette her store mang at the time who said NO she told me she wouldnt care to ask the problem she would say no, i returned to chat the midlands manager who never called me back nobody followed up
