Can I get a correct information PLEASE

Have been calling MTN customer care to know whether I qualify for an upgrade or not. I dial 808 and get an option to select if I need to know when I qualify for upgrade. The automated system tells me: You do not qualify for an upgrade, you will qualify on 7 Feb 2013. Today is the 15th Feb. Last time I spoke to a consultant, she tels me I only qualify from the 1st March. Which is which? Can somebody get back to me and giveme teh correct infor, and whether I qualify for upgrade or not. And whats the point of having an automated system if it gives incorrect information.
Please provide me with the information that I need so I can make my decision whether I stay with Mtn or not. The contradictory information is not helping.
