Vodacom does not want to help

On - July 2012, i opened a new contract with Vodacom (busines call) where by i opted for the BB bold 9900, since December 2012 the phone started giving me problems, i took the phone to the Vodacom Rustenburg Waterfall value mart outlet, the Technicians there told me that the BB bold 9900 is not running on a appropriate manner, and they will not be able to do a soft wear update, as it will not solve the problems the phone have. and they cant help me further. as for the type of work that i do, i was forced to not leave the phone and send it for repairs, now the phone is getting worse, i than opted to call Vodacom them selfs, to logg a complaint with them, i called the customer care line, and spoke to a consultant, he than said to me that i voided the phones warrenty becourse i used my talk 500 sim card in the phone, and its vodacoms policy not to help their customers i they do that. hethan dropped the call on me, i also asked him to explain that policy to me as i was not aware of such a policy that existed in Vodacom, i mean its my right to use any sim card i deem fit. can you please help me resolve this matter.
