Unfair treatment and ridiculous unwilling service

Ok firstly the price in the booklet is wrong so i had to pay R10 extra for my contract as all the gentleman at the store could tell me is 'sorry, they made a printing mistake'. Wow, that's great customer service, i must suffer for your mistakes..? Oh an i only get told this once they have me signed up, not before. As i was at this stage i just told them to incept it as i wanted my tab.

Then, the tab i get given is faulty and doesn't switch back on after it dies. Fine, they replaced it but then the data i used downloading games and apps on the faulty tab they now dont wana refund, so i loose my games, apps and all my data that i used downloading this stuff? Again, why should i suffer for MTN's faults and mistakes..?

Then, I lodge a complaint on that ridiculous website, get no response for 4 days and have to lodge a complaint to get a response to my original complaint!!

Now when they eventually respond they have no care at all and are basically telling me to get f@#ked... Ive also asked for contact details for some sort of managining director / CEO, didnt get that either.

Ridiculous!! I would not recommend MTN to anyone and i will be taking this to the Consumer Protection Act!!
