I cant believe im still with Cell C

I would like to express my utmost disgust and non-service i received from Cell C. I received my new updgrade fone on the 28th January but to this day 15th February, im still struggling to have it activated. One consultant was very impatient with me, sighing all the time while trying to activate that i eventually put my phone down on her. On the 09 February i went to Westgate mall and i was told the Nokia rep had left and was not even answering her phone when they tried to call her and i was told to call her myself or the call centre again. I counted about 9 consultants at the branch on that day but none of them was able to help me because they were not Nokia "savvy".

On Monday 11 Feb i called the call centre again and ended up sending an e-mail detailing my complaint and requested to be called back, as mentioned earlier its the 15th Feb today and my phone is still not activated. In the mean time im still paying for my old phone and i really cant believe that im still with Cell C.

Im absolutely unhappy and regret extending my contract with Cell C.
