Cell C
Still without my new cell phone after 6 weeks!!!

I renewed my Cell C contract in August 2013 and received a new Nokia 630 on 8 August 2013 from Cell C directly. Took some time to understand the new phone and found that it kept freezing and sporadically had no sound. Phoned Cell C on 15 Aug and was told to hand it in at a branch - did so at Menlyn. Received the phone back on 10 Sept and was astounded to find it had no sound at al!!! The branch confirmed it and it was sent in again. I still don't have it! Very disappointed it in Cell C and the time it takes to have a brand new phone fixed. Also regret having gone for a Nokia.
