Cell C
Compliant 3 and still no action

This is my 3rd complaint on Hello peter and Cell C still has not activated my phone. Cell C service seems to be a joke. I need my phone activated and every time I call the call center or log a complaint on hello peter I am told someone will get back to me... and then nothing!!! Nothing ever happens and my phone is sitting as a paper weight while I get complaints from people at work that I am not answering my phone and not contactable. Cell C is in breach of contract as all my payments are up to date and yet my phone is still suspended for excessive roaming usage that they cannot expain. Is anyone every going to fix this??? I expect "Cell C | PN" who is going to respond to this to take it up personally and get it resolved in the next hour!!! No more "we will get back to you".
