Hi,
I have a problem with Buongiorno SA ZAP. They keep billing me for R6 a day for a service I have never subscribed to, and when I follow their prompts to unsubscribe, nothing happnes. I am unemployed and on pre-paid and would not subscibe to something as feeble as this service.
Please assist.
