I'VE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE AFTER NOT GETTING ANY FEEDBACK FROM BRANCH K90, BUT NOT GETTING FEEDBACK EITHER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES EITHER!!! WE'VE GIVEN IN PAPERWORK FOR NAME CHANGE IN DEC'12 ALREADY, CLARISSA AND THEN JESSICA AT K90 SAID THEY WILL FOLLOW UP AND GET BACK TO US, THAT IT'S DONE ON THE SYSTEM, BUT NEITHER HAVE CONTACTED US YET!!! I'VE LODGED A COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMER SERVICES, AFTER NOT GETTING THROUGH TO H/O EITHER. AFTER NEDANE REQUESTED ID NR TO CHECK ON SYSTEM FOR REQUEST 2 DAYS AGO, STILL NO FEEDBACK AT ALL FROM THAT SIDE EITHER!!! WE WANT TO UPGRADE, BUT CAN'T BEFORE NAME CHANGE SHOWS ON SYSTEM!!! SO, WHAT DO WE DO??? GO TO ANOTHER SP, TO GET BETTER SERVICE??? WHY CAN'T THEY CONTACT YOU BACK, WHEN THEY'VE SAID THEY WILL???
CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT SERVICE, BECAUSE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!
