BIS randomly disconnected each month

Last year November there seemed to have been some technical problem with my BIS where it expired a few days early. I purchased the bundle and all worked fine for a few days when the network just failed... This now seems to be a monthly problem. My BIS works for a few days but around the day that it used to expire it deactivates. The apparent free numbers to call don't exist when trying to dial from my cell phone where the other numbers cannot be dialled from a landline. When trying to use the call centre I am simply disconnected after waiting for a consultant, and the switchboard cannot give me a landline to call for assistance and continuously transfer me through - only to be disconnected again before speaking to someone... Please sort this reoccurring technical problem out. You are a telecommunications company, fix your customer care call numbers to be landline friendly and your advertised numbers so that clients may actually be able to make contact with you when experiencing a problem. This is the second time now and is a major inconvenience... even after the device, data, and network resets as per last it still persists. One more time and I'm switching, come on guys...
