Im totally frustarated and discusted with telkom

Good day, im a very frustrated customer, I like to lay a complain, I am currently a Telkom customer (My TELKOM NUMBER is 031 505 6218) and I have the package wereby I can make free local landline calls from 7 pm onwards, I did blocked cell number calls being dialed from my landline, but not landline calls, I should always dial local numbers and had no problem until I recently dialled a local 032 DURBAN number but its its asking me for the pin yet it's a local number, I phoned Telkom services and they told me they rectified the problem but im still being asked for the pin code when I dial a local 032 number even tho its not a cell number!!! can u please rectifiy the problem as son as possible because this is unaccepatable!!!
