Last year October I reported a technical problem which 8ta could not fix. I then requested that my contract be terminated without a termination fee because they could not deliver the service that I paid for. Numerous calls to the call centre and email communication with reference numbers, nothing happened. Last week Friday the 24th of May, my SIM was disconnected without any communication to me. I have been trying, without success, speaking to 4 different call centre managers, to get the issue resolved. I even went in to a 8ta branch at the Greenstone Mall, they could not help me either. I still do not have cell phone service, or a confirmation that I would not pay a termination fee. This has been dragging on since October 2012. Reference numbers 3595504, 4011333, 5999534. 8ta, this is unacceptable!!! Remember, if try to contact me, you have disconnected my SIM!!!
