I refer to my original complaint dated 7/2/13.After a week chasing the store & basically having to plead for them to attend to my original request, I finally got a call late Friday to let me know my contract was approved and I can come collect my sim. Great!

Trying to use it was another issue. After lengthily calls to your technical dept (my compliments to Walter who helped me), research on net forums, trying to resolve the matter why my 3rd party dongle would not recognise the 8ta sim, I finally exhausted all the technical options and concluded that the sim card was faulty. Now for the fun part. Guess why?

Your awesome stores talented and extremely intelligent and diligent staff never registered the sim in the first place before handing it over to me. They registered the incorrect sim card. So now, its up to me, the client to fault find and solve the problem.

8ta - "I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused" does not cut it. You may offer a great data bundle deal, but the service and attitude I experienced while dealing with you was pathetic and extremely frustrating to say the least. Thank goodness from now on the only interaction I'll have with you in future is a debit orde
