Inefficient & Incompetant

Called Insure to assist with home electrical fault Nov'12. Electrician comes & repairs stuff at my cost but not actual fault called for. Electrician changes wiring in DB to bypass actual fault. This bypass is illegal & puts me & family in danger- no earth leakage protection on faulty circuit. I try for weeks to get original electrician to come & rectify but to no avail.
I remember, in Feb'13, that the problem is actually Discovery's-original fault not fixed and illegal wiring done by their supplier. I call Discovery and they send new electrician who fixes faulty circuit but will not fix incorrect wiring from original electrician because his job card only refers to problem of tripping.
I call Discovery again to come out & fix problem of illegal wiring created by their original supplier. Susan tells me she will log it with EuropAssist who sends same 2nd electrician. Electrician job card still says problem of tripping & will not fix illegal wiring.

Such incompetence- just simply log the facts correctly and fix your problem! Also black-list original electrician-danger to society. I'm so frustrated to talk to all parties to resolve this-I'm the Client not the middle-man!
