WORST SERVICE EVER

I have had a problem with my line for 3 weeks!!! A technician came out on Sunday and advised that there is a problem with the underground cable but assured me that it would be attened to with urgency as this line is used to run my business. This morning my husband calls and he is advised that the problem has been sorted out on Monday and he needs to call back to change the router password. We called the technical department who advised that the line is not fixed. I requested that my call be transfered to a manager and he advised me that they had all left, that was 4
:25??? I asked him for the GM details or the PA which he could not provide me with, a managers details he could not provide me with, a complaints email address he could not provide me with. The agents name was Aron, the worst customer experience I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I demanaded to be to the GM and he transfers me back to a huntline. WHAT THE IS GOING ON!!! MY BUSINESS IS SUFFERING FOR THE PAST THREE WEEKS!!! I have been transfered to two other consulatant in ADSL and guess what the line just goes dead after 63 minutes!!! I need a senior manager to call back ASAP
