Billed 4 Out of Bundle Data while still in bundle

After just joining Vodacom for the 1st time 9days ago on a MyGig2 Contract, I recieved an SMS on the 11/02/13 that I have 121.4MB remaining. Followed by an SMS few min later that my bundle has been depleted. After not using the device since recieving the highly unlikely "depleted bundle" message, I recieved another SMS today 14/02/13 that I now have 307.7MB left. Appart from not being able to view my ussage / account online at all since Monday 11/02/13 - I have confirmed telephonically with accounts dep that I have been billed for out of bundle Data Ussage since 07/02/13 and everyday there after at R1pMB. now at around 776MB allready (AND I HAVE NOT EVEN USED THE DEVICE?) Call Centres were transferingme most of the morning from one place to another with no sucess. Vodacom Cresta cant help and said I should call, so I did it again while instore with no luck while staring at staff playing wrestling behind the counter infront of me. Drove to Vodaworld Midrand, only to be told the same thing - I have to call... Why can no-one sort this out? How difficult is it to understand the problem here? I am scared to use this new device any further fearing my account my go sky high? Whats going o
