3 weeks of poor network coverage!

It's been 3 weeks to date where the Midrand and Tembisa West areas have been experiencing poor network coverage with data being mostly affected!

Initially I assumed it's my phone but later found out by asking around colleagues that use Cell C and they complained as I did, I called the call centre 3 times where on 2 occassions I was transfered to their Data dept who were as useless as their 1st line of contact with the best they could do was to say sorry, they are aware of the problem affecting Gauteng North and Central!

Is that what I get for my R440 subscription (additional recharges)? We are cut off from social sites, cant recieve work emails etc.. All that can be said is "SORRY" maybe for an hour or maybe a day, but for 3 weeks sorry doesnt cut it!

Please be reminded that you're binded by a contract to provide a service to me and I'm likewise obligated to pay for such a service, therefore it's only fair for me to pay for what I've been actually serviced!

No service no pay! From the day the service disruption started I expect to be compensated for my loss of service, another week it will be a month, so it's fair i dont pay 1 month..
