Paying for Vodacoms Shop mistake

I took out a cell phone contract earlier this year. After a few months I realised on my bank statement that I am paying more on my Vodacom contract than I was supposed to. I went to the Vodacom shop, in June 2013, where I took out the contract. The manager there informed me that somebody there made a mistake with my contract and that I am paying for a 32gig iphone instead of a 16gig iphone. I'm waiting for over three months already for the mistake to be rectified. Every time I go back to the shop the manager says she is waiting for Vodacom to rectify the mistake. When I went there on Saturday, 14 September 2013, she told me it was somebody that worked at the shops mistake and that I must wait for it to be rectified and that it was not her, the managers mistake. Why must I still pay for the shops mistake? I find it very unprofessional from Vodacom's side. Basically Vodacom is taking my money for a product I don't have and they are doing nothing about the situation.
