Where is my simcard?

I ordered a cell c 500mb deal on 7 February 2013 and were assured that delivery will happen in 5/6 days.
I'm still waiting and it seems pointless in sending an email or trying to call your call center on 084 145 as nobody ever responds.

Can I just get my order?
