I ordered a Telkom Mobile Home Office LTE package on the 4th. Approval was the same day. Since then, everyone has bungled this and I am no further towards actually getting it. No one returns my calls or messages, or responds to email, and I have not had delivery, activation or even simple confirmation.

I was promised delivery in 4 days, and not only did that not happen, I haven't even been contacted to arrange it. The only contact I have had has been from someone who called me to tell me that they were delivering a Cell C package, and who put the phone down when I said I had not ordered a Cell C package.

This is a joke. Can someone tell me what is going on with my order or whether it even exists?
