Crazy data usage charges on my company phone!

This morning i received two letters from my company to pay in a total of R750 because of data usage on my company cellphone for vodacom. To charge R750 for only going on the internet, no subscriptions, nothing, is ridiculous, particular because I have the blackberry service. Why can this not be used for the data?? I am doing further studying at Unisa, vodacom just took my study fees. So upset right now. And now it looks Iike I am abusing company benefits, which is not true.
