Dropped calls with cell C

I have recently moved from MTN to Cell C, about a month ago. Although everyone is polite and friendly in store and over the phone the quality of the connection is terrible. I am continually getting dropped calls many calls only lasting about 3 top 4 seconds.
This is my business line and to be continually cut off from clients is unnaceptable! There is no predicting when or where I am going to experience connection issues but it seems to occur in waves. Weekends seems to be the worst. Data connectivity is even more scetchy. At home I often have no 3G or E data signal even though the Cell C website shows good connectivity in my area, surely that false advertising??
My brother just ported to Cell C yesterday and today he is experiencing exactly the same issues as me. He is in JHB and I am in DBN which leads me to beleive that this is more a local issue.
I have been into the Cell C store twice and was told that I have to contact the call centre and see if someone can help me. So I have logged a quary with the call centre but sincerely hope that this doesnt turn out to be a case of " sign them up on a 2 year contract and then forget about them!! "
