Steadily Disappointing Relationship

Hi Jenifer it is unfortunately that when I need to speak to your section I have to go through Hello Peter there is no contact number to your department.
I have been waiting for someone to resolve my problem and nobody has gotten back to me since you also went on leave. I am not sure if you are back.
Kindly respond or someone get my query resolved, this is the 6th month now and my query is till not resolved.
Every month Cell C takes extra amount from my account unjustly. Instead of me paying Straight Up 200 I pay more this is frustrating.
What is the alternative can I cancel my contract and migrate to Pre-paid?
