I have been a client of Cell C for many years. I still have the old red sim card that I got from them when I started using Cell C. This card is now giving me lots of problems therefore I want to do a sim swap keeping my present number. I have a complaint about the treatment I received from Cell C.
Cell C just declared me, a 70 year old lady pensioner, a criminal. All I want to do is make a SIM SWAP but they asked all kinds of stupid questions which does not make any sense and then Cell C let me know that I do not qualify to do a simple Cell C SIM SWAP. I have been a customer of Cell C for many years, but because Cell C now declared me a criminal, I am going to cancel my contract and I am going to report Cell C to the consumer council and I am going to write to the press about this matter. I repeat... I AM NOT A CRIMINAL!!! Can you please intervene. Thanks. Petro Hodges
