Real Disappointment from Telkom. Losing a Custome

Telkom installed my ADSL line last month and ever since it was installed I had problems. I've been phoning this number 10210 far too much. This is not how a service is suppose to be.

I logged a Fault (ref: 51AWK010213) beginning of this month for a Technician to please come out and assist me with my problem

I phoned in again and asked why is this taking so long, they only said "sorry we are experiencing high level of complaints". After i waited days because they were to busy to attend to my problem i phoned them AGAIN.

This is very time consuming.

Technician arrived this morning 13 Feb 2013. I told him my PING/LATENCY is completely unexceptional high and is unusable for me. He told me '"There is NOTHING he can do for me because the problem is at the "exchange box" for the area". Too MANY people using the internet in my AREA and the "exchange box" must be upgraded to handle the amount of consumers (This will take Months even Years he said).

WE ALL PAY FOR THIS SERVICE IN THIS AREA??? So why not upgrade the "BOX"???

Telkom is receiving OUR money for THIS service

If Telkom don't respond to me before Friday im CANCELLING my service with TELKOM

This is really a disappointment
