I was told that i could do a line relocation due to me having to move house, of which i went into the telkom store in gateway and did this over the phone.

I have been a loyal paying subscriber for the past 3 years on a 4 meg ADSL line.

it has been two weeks since i lodged the request, yet when i phoned for an update i was told that this hadn't even been assigned to any technician yet.

This is infuriating as i use this ADSL line to do work from home, and dial into my companies network when i get called at night. As it stands i am unable to be on call at night till this line is installed, which does not look good for me as an employee, as well as LOSS OF INCOME for me as i am unable to get paid for after hours work and callouts.

The service delivery and feedback is the problem here!

I was told that this wouldnt be a long process... yet its two weeks already.
