Hi,

In September 2012, I went to the Neotel Store in Menlyn Retail centre to purchase a phone. I asked about the coverage in my area before I paid and I received a confirmation that coverage was great in the area. I went on a purchased the phone as I required it for my maid to call in case there was a problem. I tested the phone just as I left the shop and it was clear.

I received several complaints from her say that the phone is not clear. However I dismissed that initially until i tested the phone personally and I found that the network was terrible indoors or in my house. The closest place where I get clear network is at the entrance of my complex. I reported the matter to the branch and they were to take the matter tot the branch manager. Nothing happened. In Janaury I went again, fortunately the branch manager was present. He admitted that there is a problem regarding the device that I purchased and the he will excalate the matter to head office. Until today, I haven't received an email nor a phone call from the store.
