No ADSL installed after 1.5 months

I requested that my line with the adsl be moved from pta to dbn. This took place on or around 20 December last year. After being told that I could not get both adsl and analogue moved at one time, rather that they had to be separate orders I had already started getting annoyed since this made the process much lengthier. Jump forward 2 weeks and no phoneline had been installed yet, but they said the process would take 3 weeks so I waited. I phoned and found out that no order had been placed by the initial consultant. So, Irate, I made the order again. After a week the technician arrived at my house to tell me that the cables under the house dont work. I had to wait another few days for someone to show up to do that, and a further few days for the technician to come fix the line. Finally the analogue line was fixed, and about a week later, the ADSL guy came. I then try my adsl, and it doesnt work, I call to have the line checked and they tell me that it can't synchronize, they need to send someone out. Jump to a week later, today, I find out that someone was here, but there is a problem with the cables, it may take up to 3 weeks!!! This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE!
