CANCELLATION REQUEST INCORRECT - BAD SERVICE!!!

I tried to cancel my internet line with telkom and was told in order to do so I would need to send them a formal email, which I did - furthermore I received no acknowledgement or confirmation of this.
I requested for my line to be cancelled the end of February 2013 and it was cancelled prematurely on 12 February 2013.
I have called several times, and spoken to 6 different people, one of which says it has been cancelled, and another saying it has only been suspended due to non payment which was indeed made on time.
In conclusion I am yet to receive some positive answers or a solution. My invoice states February but now its been cut in the middle of the month.
I need some clarification, please can someone contact me to get this situation sorted, the service from Telkom is not worth this stress, the invoice needs to be adjusted and the line cancelled! I have made alternative arrangements for an internet service.
