Good afternoon

Our company has recently signed up with Neotel.
The sales lady told me that we could get a cordless phone and that there was network coverage - We went with this service so that we could have a portable device, not a desktop phone so that it was portable in the office. It took a good hour of trying to get it connected with their call centre and then once it was activated we could not call out, their was no reception. I have waited 3 weeks for someone to get back to me and have tried numerous people but they all ignored the emails and inbetween that we have been billed for a service that does not work. I finally get a response but an unfavorable one at that!
They have said that I must drive 50minutes to a Neotel store to swap the phone for a desktop - we signed up for a cordless phone and do not want a desktop one. They will not send someone out here to come and look into this to see why we have no network coverage when we were told we would.

Please help us here - this is very frustrating!
