Over R12000 incorrectly debited to my account

My cell phone bill is normally around R800 pm. In December and January i was debited with a bill of over R5000 and R7000 respectively. I have been a client of theirs since 1994!!

I called their call centre in early January to query this and it appears another cell phone number has been linked to my account - either or an Error. Of course Nashua Mobile have no record of me authorising this because i certainly did not add any new number to my account.

Also, some other postal address has replaced mine and that is why I have not been receiving my accounts by post. Even after asking them my correct postal address to what it has always been, they messed it up by leaving out the Po Box number.

I have made countless calls and e-mails to them since early January and they have still not refunded me I am over R12 000 out of pocket!!! Most of my e-mails go unanswered.

Whenever I ask to speak to a manager I am told they are in meetings. I ask the call centre to get the manager to call me and they just don't.

The call centre agent (above) is totally and utterly ineffectual and could not care less. I have never ever encountered such useless service.
