I went to mtn in protea gardens mall to go pay my acc and cancel my debit order since I have changed my account from absa to fnb, the lady who was assisting me said she has cancelled the debit order and I should leave the money with her because they are offline and promised to call me back once everything is sorted out and never did. To my surprise the was a return debit order on my account on the 31 of January hence I have made sure I cancel this a week ahead, today my account was suspended and when I cal their the call centre I am told it is because I did nt pay my account on time and I have to pay a penalty fee and to me this is unacceptable and I demand an apology and want my account cleaned because I made sure that I pay on time on the 26 way before the required time.
