I dont understand why first agent told me I had used around R200-00 on my credit and when the line was suspended for the first time they said it was for rica and I phoned Karabo about it and she activated it
then it was suspended again for the seconded time within a space of 7days and I called the call centre asked why it was suspended and they dint know the reason and also they told me I have not used a peny on my credit limit and they refeered me back to Karabo who I could not get hold for four consecutives days
I got hold of Karabo finaly yesterday 4th of February 2013 that's when she told me that I have acrued about R2600-00 in unbilled usage and refered me to Tshepo

Why was I not notified that I have reached my credit limit via phone, sms or email? Why should I be made to pay for usage when the last agent told me I had used not even a cent on my credit limit. This is day light for me to beasked to pay that amount. Your system or Agents failed you hence you as neotel you should carry the cost. I have failed to to business and lost out on revenue.
So far this is the worst service
