SUSPENDED CREDIT LIMIT NEVER REINSTATED

I had some financial difficulty last year due to an unexpected hospitalisation, and was arrears with my Mr Price account. My credit was then suspended, which I understand. What I do not understand is why, even though my account has been almost paid off for months now (I owe less than R200 at present), my credit is still suspended? I get leaflets with my statements telling me I qualify for a credit increase or higher credit limit, yet when I go online and fill in the necessary forms and submit I never hear back from them. I have gone into both the Mr Price Home in Somerset and Tygervalley and filled in the forms the cashiers gave me yet I still do not hear anything from Mr Price.

I would like to know from Mr Price: What the is the point of a R200 credit limit? If I do not hear from you people by the end of April, I will be paying off the meager amount I owe you, will close my account and will also cancel the Wedding Registry I have created. If you do not care about me as a customer, I wont bother giving you any further business!
