BILLED INCORRECT AMOUNT FOR 5MONTHS!!

On the 4th Feb i complaint about my incorrect billing. It has been 9 days and up until now Sidefree has not contacted as advised by cell c that he will contact me during the course of the day. Cell c clearly does not give a as long as they get paid on time and deduct the incorrect amount, they are happy!!! I am due for an upgrade this month and seeing that i am receiving such pathetic service, i think i should reconsider. I would like to resolve this matter for good as this is becoming extremely frustrating as i do not receive any CUSTOMER SERVICE!
