Hi There
I have cancelled my account in October via the 10210 number and it was confirmed on the call that it has been cancelled. After receiving my postage (I am overseas for business) I noticed that telkom still charges me for a service I don't use. Please cancel my account immediately and delete the charges to my name. If Telkom offers a service to cancel over the phone then this should not happen. I do not have proof of my cancellation because of this. Please sort out this out Thanks
