Billed incorrect for the past 5months!

I have been billed R300 for almost 2years I am due for an upgrade now in February and for the past 5months I have been billed R400. I have opened numerous cases and know one could advise why all of a sudden the increase in my billing. After a final attempt to complain on facebook cell c responded, a lady (not sure what her name is now) was handed my case and would have called me. I still have not heard of her, I then inboxed cell c to ask what is happening and received no feedback after messaging them. I then decided to post on their wall yet again cause it seems like the only time they respond is when u "attacking" them in public. Eventually Sidfree was appointed to my case, he contacted me and informed after investigation he discovered I was never charged a handset fee. How is this my problem? After nearly 2years your system suddenly picks this up? He advised they could not hold me liable for this and will sort it out immediately and said I will not be refunded the additional R100 that has been deducted for the 5months but instead I will not be charged for January. I agreed to this and he also advised what's left of my contract I will be billed R300. Instead I was billedR400 AGAIN
