Incorrect billing for the past 5months!!!

Its been almost two weeks now since my 1st complaint regarding my billing and up to date Sidefree has not contacted me as youu have promised. I have really had enough of all your and pretend that you actually give a f%&$. I no longer want to speak to Sidefree its either you people sort this out or I'm taking this to higher authority. Its really pathetic that you people rendor just poor and pathetic service. I demand that I receive feedback no later than tomorrow enhough is enough now. I want to be directed to Sidefree senior and I don't want to hear your stories that you unable to provide me with their details. Please do not get one of your call centre agents to contact me as they cannot help me. I am no longer interested in Sidefree suggestion with regards to not paying month end they will use the additional R100 for each month 2 cover my bill. Sorry I am fed up, reimburse me!! For all the inconveniece caused I suggest that I not be billed either this month. Lastly stop telling me how "disgusted" you are that know 1 has contacted me, how about actually doing something about it for a change???
