Cell C
Moving to Cell C a big mistake

I called into Cell C to get a cellphone it was approved same day and was told my phone would be delivered in 4 - 7 days, that was over a week ago, I have called the call centre 4 times and had to hold on for over 15 minutes at a time only not to be helpt at all I have also sent a email with no response whatsoever - I finally got a sms to say my order is on its way but still no phone - I called yet again and to my horror again on hold for over 17 minutes and then just to be transfered to follow ups who have yet to pick up their phone. Never had this with Vodacom at all need to re-think this do I want them as my service provider? I dont think so what a waste of time...
