I was called by one of the call centre about the new blackberry Z10, and was told that it was approved and it takes 7 working days to be delivered, the application was approved by 19 march 2013, and I have being waiting for the delivery, I called the call centre for a week now and I will hold for more than 20 minutes and no one answeres, and send a sms and still no respond, I have email their customer service but no one has return to be,

Should I take my business anywhere since I am not treated in a correct manner.
