My previous year-long struggle with 8ta due to the lack of services and professionalism. I was penalised for their incapacity for more than 2 years. (Refer to my complaints https:///8ta/complaints-to-compliments/stop--money-close-my-account-now-980091)

I thought that the matter was resolved a long ago.
THEN WHAT HAPPENED? I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SAME DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY AGAIN TODAY, SAYING IT"S URGENT.

Seriously, I am sick and tired of this. It's been 2 years, trying to resolve such a simple matter.
I got a written confirmation from 8ta, saying I will never receive a call again.

Here we go.
I RECEIVED IT.

PLEASE GET THIS SORTED. HOW MANY YEARS DOES IT TAKE YOU TO RESOLVE SOMETHING SO SIMPLE?!?! I haven't done anything wrong. It's all your side that is completely messed up.
