This is the most pathetic network, wanting to charge me R700 to downgrade my contract. However its free if you want to pay more.
They wont let me pay in for an upgrade on my handset and if I do take an upgrade when my contract is up i'm forced to use this new minutes policy that they have.
Absolute rubbish. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as its ready to be cancelled.
