Cell C
Not impressed at all with Cell C!

Ok, so got a phone call from a Cell C person stating that the data contract that I am being charged for as per the previous complaint was signed up for in August with all the correct details and I am now being forced to go and get an affidavit stating that I did not sign up for the contract before they will do anything about it.
What a load of complete and utter rubbish. Apparently they will not release any information as to where the sim card was delivered to and who signed for it. How is it possible that a company can just start billing you for something that I have not expressly signed up for and now I have to do the running around to prove that I did not sign up for it.

It amazes me that after 10 or so years with Cell C that I am being treated like absolute rubbish. This is officially the last straw. Once my current contract expires I will be moving away from them and their pathetic attitude to my issue.
