My request for a data bundle has been rejected which is absolutely absurd based on my financial position.
Phoned the help line which indicated it is their outsourced credit vetting company's fault for me being declined.
After contacting the outsourced vetting company, I found that they had no issues that were reported to 8ta.
Now I've been sitting at the 8ta branch for the last 5 HOURS whilst we're trying to contact the credit department to sort out the issue as it is 8ta who has declined based on un-affordability (again ABSURD), but there has been no answer for 2 HOURS!

Ridiculous!!!
