CellC network absolute garbage & a waste of money

Dear Cell C | DK

Please have my contract cancelled. I am extremely frustrated with this rubbish network and service!!!

I have requested millions of times and nothing has been done.
Mbongeni said that my issue will have been finalized by Tuesday this week and I have not heard anything from cell c. His email showed a screenshot of the cell c website 3G coverage map which was meant to highlight that melrose arch does have 3G. That is absolute nonsense!!! --- I suffered 'No Service' on my phone on Wednesday and little to no 3g which is very unreliable.

And anyone can do that by logging onto the cell c website!!! We as consumers are taken as fools by this so called service provider!!!

I have really had it with cell c. Sort out your network issues on your own - I don't have time and money to waste on such whilst you 'investigate'.

Please DO NOT forward my complaint to anyone else - please have this contract terminated.

I will return this handset in its original packaging to Cell C in Norwood Mall on Fri 17 May.
