Let me start by saying how pathetic MTN SERVICES ARE!!! I`ve been with MTN about just over 2 years but still never recieved any physical statements, about 4 time maybe when i took the contract out. One 3 occasions i have ask the to send me a statement and change my email address about 2 years ago but still awaiting statements till this very day. I renewed my contact last year and my contract is R399 but thanks to banks statments i see MTN has being billing me for R419pm. No statements what so ever. On 4 occasions i asked them to move my debt order to the last day of every month but did sweet F@. Because of my salary that gets put in the on the 30th of every month, the last 2 debts orders have bounced because MTN pulls off on the 24th-25th. Been to MTN Blue Route mall to quierer the R419 pm and they couldnt even tell me my account was in the rears. Today MTN sends me my first sms after how long, having this contract not regarding my statements but wont to take LEGAL ACTION. How F@!! is this, debt my account every month on the wrong day (NOT EVEN A SINGLE STATEMENT) I should get the ombudsman consumer protection act envolved here. Still waiting for MTN Blue Route to get back to me.
