Incorrect statements sent

I have been receiving from MTN SP statements of someone called Susan Brown. This has been the case now for the past 4 months since December 2012. Everytime I receive the statement, I sent an email to them requesting they change the customer information as they are sending statements to the wrong person, and they respond that they have updated the customer information with the correct information, however i just received yet another statement again this month. I dont even have a contract with MTN so I have no idea where they even got my email address from. Firstly this customer's information is being sent out to other people without their concern, this is a breach in contract and confidentiality. Secondly I dont want to keep receieing statements that dont belong to me, especially not on my work email so this is actually annoying me now. They said they fixed it, they have not after 4 emails to them to fix this. How many other customers have their information easily given out without their consent??? Customer Protection ACT???
