Here I am again. Im STILL waiting for my statements. I finally spoke to Beverley Petersen on numerous occasions and she helped me as far as she can and even contacted the correct department to get me my statements, but up until now (almost a year later) I still don't have a statement. I pay the monthly service fee every month and don't know why!! I think I should find out if that's legal, because as far as I know you should be given a statement when requested or once a month. I would love to hear what the answer is from Blue!!!
